Dubai Duty Free has begun to issue oxo-biodegradable bags following a decision by its dedicated corporate responsibility department. The department, which was established in 2008, is headed by Anne Smith who has worked with the company since 1993, and encompasses health and safety, environmentally ethical operational practices and the Dubai Duty Free Foundation.
