Renatura™ is a Totally Environmental Friendly OxoBioDegradant consisting of iron, stearate and oxides with patented claims for heat and light inducing degradation of polyolefin (polyethylene (LLD/LD and HD) and polypropylene) polymers.

Renatura™ is supplied as a master batch in either 20 kg bags or in 25 kg bags and is added 2 % to the extrusion/blowing or molding process with no or only minor adjustments to most processes, e.g. the temperature and speed.

 

The degradation time can be tailor-made according to customers individual needs (product life time, use and degradation requirements).

 

Renatura™ has been successfully tested in full scale recycling wtih up to 80% added plastic containing Renatura™ with no consequential problems during recycling production.

 

Renatura™ OxoBioDegradable additive is easy to add in the manufacturing process and produce for all polyethylene and polypropylene products, is environmental friendly with no heavy metals, complies with food regulations in EU and USA (only accepted components and no leakage), can be recycled in PE or PP products, and makes polyolefins biodegradable !

 

Additive product stability and the usefull life time of the product is vitally important. Renatura™ has a unique mix of stabilising and oxidising components processed so that a product should obtain an optimal shelf life and time of use well beyond 12 months (if stored correctly). Renatura™ additive is not limited to a 12 month expiry date.
